Dr. Lydia Christiansen is AP/CP board certified and also board certified in hematopathology by the American Board of Pathology. She received her medical degree in 2002 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NB. As elected Chief Resident for the 2005-2006 academic year, Dr. Christiansen successfully completed a combined anatomic and clinical pathology residency in 2006. In addition, she continued her training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston to complete a hematopathology fellowship in 2007.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Lydia Christiansen has developed an impressive portfolio of work experiences across the city of Casper, Wyoming. First, serving as Chair of Pathology and Lab Department at the Wyoming Medical Center, she added positions as Staff Pathologist, President of Professional Pathology of Wyoming, and Medical Director in various esteemed medical pathology centers, hospitals, and laboratories across the city of Casper.
As a mother and avid community supporter, Dr. Lydia Christiansen enjoys sports involvement activities with her children, supporting local charities, gardening, and the great outdoors. In addition, she has an extensive research and publication background to be explored below.
